The Village Hall has in recent years been refurbished, with generous financial help from the following:-

High Peak Borough Council's Councillor Initiative Fund

MPH Plant Hire
and practical help from Matt, Andy, Butch, "H", "Ricardo" and Glen.
The main improvements were:
- A new lighting system throughout the Hall.
- A new floor
- A new partition wall to create a better storage area.
- A complete redecoration of the Hall.
- Replaced the kitchen.
- Rehanging of our collection of Hayfield's collection of "Pro-loco" pictures.
